The Importance of Sharing

My mom is a nursery school teacher, so like Lily in How I Met Your Mother, I know the importance of sharing.

We want all our fans to be happy, and that involves all their friends being happy too, so there's a way for you to share all the music on this site with anyone, anywhere.

For instance, here's a free download of our current single Sophistry.

See the Share Tab at the bottom of the widget? Click it and you can send it to all your friends. It's that simple. (Try, it won't bite.)

You can also share the kick-ass streaming player (to your left on the screen) by clicking Share at the bottom. Happy? Awesome!

Sophistry Video Shoot

In June Elne had a little trip to London - and while she was there our good friends Casper Franken and Carin Stanford at Shotopop made our first ever music video, for the song Sophistry.

Now, you really should know who Casper is, since the South African music scene is littered with his art. He has directed classic videos such as Harris Tweed's "Ode to Confusion" and Chris Chameleon's "All Of Me". Last year he also directed one of the best music videos I've ever seen, Skunk Anansie's "Because Of You".

And still he's nice enough to let us harass him with crazier ideas than thought humanly possible! (Well, frankly, he helped instigate them...) So here are some behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot, to wet your appetite.

Back Where We Belong

We spent the last couple of weeks back in studio, finishing off yet another rendition of our oh-so-elusive album Contradicting Clouds.

And IMHO it's sounding fantastic!

Get ready for a spine-chilling acoustic version of Daylight and two never-before-heard tracks that should blow your socks off. (As if you're wearing any...)

That is Gerhard's expression for saying, "Dude, seriously, the camera makes a noise and we're recording..."

Yes folks, that's a PANArt Hang Drum, courtesy of the great Frans Kruger. (I'm forever in your debt!)
